Anyone know where I can get my stock CPU reprogrammed for my mods so I don;t have to get a PCII? If so how much am I up for?

If its the same as the 2000 (can't see why it wouldn't be), you can only adjust 3 set points, "idle" "low" "high" from -5 to +5. Any Suzuki dealer should have the box that lets you do it..

They will set it up with an air/fuel meter to find where it needs to be adjusted, and by how much.

You'd be after a "Yosh box", most Suzuki dealers have them.

However, Factory Pro have their own reprogrammer now, called the "Teka", which apparently has finer tuning compared to the Yoshimura - more positions, smaller increments, that sort of stuff. You can read about it on Factory's web site.

It would be a hour of labour I guess so $60-$100 maybe, because you are only adjusting a few set points its not like doing a whole map which generally takes 2-3hrs.

Don't go to Narrelan motorcycles either (yosh's aussie distributor). They stuffed mine up (before they got the dyno)

They may be better now, but the guys had little clue about the bikes

he was out at the track day on thursday with a dyno in a big yoshi truck offering dyno runs for a price... never asked how much though...
it was great... every now and then you would hear some monster bike rev hard then hit the limiter and then slowly calm down again... it was great...
