**DONOTDELETE** 12-27-2002, 02:26 AM Evan from Carlisle Motor Auctions has it now. He's sending me a cheque into my bank account.
gsxrboy 12-27-2002, 02:30 AM So he must think he can get more than that at an auction.

culler 12-27-2002, 07:59 AM Did you actually sell it to him, or was that something her insurance company did?
Maybe someone should ring them up and ask them when their auctions are, then rock up and see how much it sells for?

Anyone got any ideas?<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Make sure that the police no longer have it listed in your name. When my first ZX-9R got written off, I had to sign a stat dec and ended up getting a refund on the bike rego. You might not be able to get a refund depending on how it was sold and the insurance company involved, but at least make sure it is no longer under your name.
**DONOTDELETE** 01-06-2003, 03:58 AM Yeah, I'll check it out mate, thanks for that!!
SyMBi0TiK 01-06-2003, 05:28 AM yeah...

I'm supposed to get the whole cheque.

If you are still the registered owner of it then you will probably have to complete the transfer papers when it is sold.
