for those that have been here a while, you will surely know of my obsession with twins....and my need for one....now with the introduction of the SV1000 i am prepared to part with a kidney for one...
ive always said the SV was an awesome bike, and wondered what it would be like with a bigger donk....well here she is

Pity they never really went far with their vtwin superbike programme, good engine and all. Have to say I prefer the rounded trellis frame from the old SV, rather than the new edge-look.
Maybe someone like Hammerit will develop full fairings for it, that would look trick.

most certainly!!!! its my perfect bike....in terms of seating position power/power delivery and even styling....admittedly the headlight assembly is very yamahahahaha-ish.....just done better images/icons/tongue.gif
something i can cruise and commute on, and im sure more than capable of a good run at the track....
i think ill start buying the aftermarket bits now images/icons/tongue.gif
i can see it now i'd get home, take off the cans gut them, cut the fender put on SS lines new pads do the TRE....ahhh yes happy times to be had graemlins/thumbup.gif
