I have been into racing cars for a long time and just rescently switched to bikes.(last year) I have been riding for a while but not racing.
Last year I purchased a 2001 GSXR 1000, mainly stock with a slip on. I lowered the bike and strapped it and it was good for 10.00,s with me and hit a few 9.70,s with the previous owner. 60 # difference between us.
My Q,s is what should I expect this year with my rescent mods?
2001 GSXR 1000, 7000 miles
5" swingarm
Lowered front 2" back around 3"
MPS Air shifter
MPS Fast Fi
MPS dry nitrous around 35 hp
I am a 200lbs rider.
What do you guys think?
Also will the clutch hold up?? I did install a clutch basket out of a 2004.
