Ask chip@kwsmotorsports. Or look in the classified section, he's selling a modded 600 motor ready to go. I want that motor, but don't have the $$ for it.

If your not confined by any displacement restrictions(such as certain racing classes) it would be sooo much cheaper, easier&more reliable to just upgrade to a 750.I understand what you wanna do,cause I've been there myself.
No sense in spending $5000 on your 600 engine when it wont make anywhere near the power of a piped&mapped '05 750 or be half as reliable in the long run...
Just a suggestion,not flamin' ya http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

drop in an 04 750 motor, wiring harness, and ecu. it should take about 4 hours to do the swap and it will bolt right up with no extra fabrication/cutting. shoot me a PM if youre interested in a motor swap and ill tell you everything you need to know.

Why change the rods, crank and pistons? They are very light and very strong as stock. What sort of power and cc and you looking for and also what reliability?

What kind of class are you running in? Is the motor still on a bike or is a
Micro sprint or something like that. I don't know what your racing class rules will allow but I run the 600's in a mocro sprint and may be able to help you some when I know what your class limitations are.
