just wondering if anybody lives around tallahassee FL..

I was thinking of going to school there for Florida A & M University is it a decent school??

Just wondering if its a good area... how expensive is it to live etc...

I've lived in Tallahassee for about 4 years now. It is a pretty decent place to live. FAMU is a decent school, but what are you planning on going for? Tallahassee is a pretty small town, and the people here are pretty nice. There are TONS of hot women in town, and the night scene is pretty decent, although it does get old after a while. The cost of living isn't terrible, but can be pretty expensive if you don't know where to live. If you want, you can PM me and I can give you a ton of information about housing options. The motorcycle scene isn't terribly big, and the roads in town aren't the greatest. But about 30 minutes outside of town, you can get some pretty decent roads with pretty decent twisties, not deals gap, but it'll get heart pumping for sure. I've lived here nearly eight years and pretty much concur with the other post.
Although I ride by myself I don't see many SS riders around. Real Estate is
expensive but other than that cost of living is pretty reasonable. I like it
quite a bit. I moved here from a beach town and miss being on the water but
as a sports fan etc. I like it. FAMU is a good school & I'm sure you know FSU
is here also. I didn't attend either, UCF (U of Central Fla.).
