Why don't you go get a beater bike to learn to stunt on instead of trashing a brand new bike. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/bitchslap.gif

Yeah, I'm a dumbass cuz I wanna do wheelies, stfu

Reason I dont get a beater bike is cuz I dont have a few g'z to spend when a cage is a couple hundred. Besides I can do wheelies, just want a little insurance

GOT DAMN, can anyone ask a question about wheelies and not hear a buncha stupid shit???

Ya, I know ... its like trying asking a Hari Krishna for directions. You didn't ask about his pamphlet, but he just keeps talking about the virtues of the printed word ... You didn't ask if wheelies where dangerous or if you should do them on your new bike, you just asked for a stunt cage. All the rest is background noise http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/sleep.gif

just make sure you do not get a 905 south cage... especially if you are over 5 feet tall. which im hoping you are.

those things kill your shins..they just cant seem to get it right. the powers are nice if you like riding corners as well..and the FI stunt cages..well they are definitely the best as far as protection goes but they are not good for riding twisties..BUT they are easy to take off and come w/ extra long frame sliders for protection when the cage isnt on.

having a cage isn't gonna help very much if you fall doing a standup at 60 mph

just do it now and go baby steps till you feel comfortable

I have the K6 and the K3. The K3 is more suitable for stunting IMHO.

And I suppose you know this because you have ridden with them all on your bike? Powers and FI cages will both be terrible in the corners. I dont know about the 905, ridden with one myself. Fi will protect from simple drops but not as well for hard pancakes unless it hits the loop first. I dont know if MDX has cages for the new 110's but check them out. If you still want to corner their track cages are apparently pretty good.

check out mxd's track cage its a 1/2 cage thats strong and durable and lets you corner much better than any sorry A$$ frame slider. also check out mxd's full cage closer to the fairng than anyone elses.
