I know Hank Booth has already created a bike with 700hp but it's still cool to see guys on the other side of the pond attempting the same thing. Here's the scans from another board:

That looks like a big ass turbo. Hmmm 540bhp/liter.
That's about the equivalent of a Viper that would turn out 4300 horsepower, lol. That's lot of boost.

Yeah they hold the world record with a NON stock displacement. Lee's bike is a 1397cc...
The bike in the article is going for 250 on a 1299cc engine.....

I don't know what the hell they need 700hp for. The yancys bike did 260 on 500hp or less I believe. Aerodynamics, chasie, and trction contol make alot more difference at those speeds then horse power. Maybee they are hoping that the extra hp will make up for all of their other short comings. This will be interesting to see.

The Yancy bike has showed at dyno competition and "wowed" the crowd with hugh 370-390hp ... that's about all it has ... but they have truly figured out the "package" ... incredible effort on their teams parts
250 is no big deal on 1299 ... hate to put it that way ... it just isn't anymore ...
700hp ... WELCOME TO LAST YEAR .... Yaawwwnnnnnn .... Hank's been there done that ... few guys are scaring that to death on street bikes now
