: finally booked in for Philip Island Drizzt 07-22-2002, 04:19 PM To all the gixxer members going to philip island track day on sept 30th, just to let ya know i finally booked, waiting on call back to confirm details, I will most likely go into B group, I cant wait, I not been to PI track since last december, so looking forward to this coming track day, not sure whether to do on the TLR or Gixxer, if i get some track fairing in time, the TLR would be good, as PI would suit the big twin alot more then the gixxer. poacher 07-22-2002, 04:26 PM Be safe and have fun ya fortunate bastids. images/icons/grin.gif Drizzt 07-22-2002, 04:59 PM dont worry poacher we will, PI track is just fantastic (with pics to follow), fast and flowing with a few 200km/h + sweepers. and alot of run off areas.. normally the weather can be iffy in the mornings with 1st few sessions in the wet (which is also fun) at lunchtime the weather starts to shine images/icons/smile.gif poacher 07-22-2002, 05:47 PM I would give my left...well you know. images/icons/wink.gif MotoGP for Xbox is the closest I'll get to PI for now.
