Hey, I know you. This is what it was like backwards, this is the hump that turns into a jump between 4 and 5. Both tires come off the ground, I have some other pic's of my front wheel about 2.5-3' off the ground, pretty sketchy! It is a totally different track backwards, a lot more flowing. There is a pic from turn 3 and 5 (the GP Tech guy is pretty fast on that 250, not to mention look who else was about to pass me). It was actually more fun to run it backwards but I wouldn't want to do it all the time. http://www.gixxer.com/uploads/1026004271.jpg http://www.gixxer.com/uploads/1026004325.jpg http://www.gixxer.com/uploads/1026004473.jpg

I was at a track day this past July 4/5 in Michigan and they ( www.sportbiketracktime.com (http://www.sportbiketracktime.com) ) said that they have a track day at Road America July 30 and 31st. I've been to a lot of their events and they are really well run. I think it is about $300 for both days. They had one at Mid-Ohio that was great last month. I'll be taking the 8 hour trek, anyone thinking of going?

I have no idea what times we were running, I didn't have a My-Chron on my bike. Boyne(sp) was way faster than everyone else right from the get go, like always.

I was at Grattan on the 4th only. Too bad. It would have been fun to run it backwards. What group were you running in? I've got a GSXR1000 that I'll be taking to R.A. on the 30th.

See you there. Tom.(Intermediate Nesba #109)

Go on www.sportbiketracktime.com (http://www.sportbiketracktime.com) , go to the shopping section and you can register and pay right online. The usual stuff needs to be done to your bike, water wetter, tape up all lenses, decent tires and you are good to go.
