Finish weled my header . Gated and ported the Garrett GT28R turbine housing for a external Tial waste gate . Machined the inlet of the compressor housing for a slip on air filter to gain some clearance to keep filter inside the bodywork . Cut outlet flange off and welded a elbow for the discharge . I bought a intercooler core so hopefully next week I can start on the plenum . Plenum will have the intercooler ( air to water ) and secondary injectors . Slow going with work but making a bit of progress .

Man your welds look SWWWWEEEEEETTTTTT. My father has all kinds of welding equipment but I haven't gotten into it yet.

I weld for a living, and have considered something like this. Where'd you get the flanges to fit the head?

Can you continue to take pics of the setup? If I see it's not all that bad to do, I may make a setup for my bike too.

The flanges where made by a friend of mine . rccturbos has similar stainless flanges you should be able to buy . Good guy to talk to to get you going in the right direction . Been busy lately but I will get some more pics as I go .

I've thought about starting to make some stuff like this and selling it, but just don't have much time these days. The "real job" thing is paying the bills and taking enough of my time.
