Dont know about a fuel nanny but pc3 usb on my 04 1k was the best upgrade on my bike so far. Better throttle response and i picked up 6 bhp w bmc race filter and bolt on tri-oval yosh. With custom map of course.

I depends on what has been done to your bike.

If the bike it stock then your ECU is pretty much mapped correctly for it, not going to see much improvement with it. Once modifications take place that effect flow and such, you're air/fuel rate needs to be optimized to get the most HP out of them. So for example, lets say your throw a full system on your bike. By itself it might make 5-6 additional HP. Properly mapped with a PC it might make say 11-12hp. See?
