Umm this is nothen new, might want to ask this is the stunt fourm or try stuntlife.com they got all kinds of guys doing circle wheeies.

Everyone can do circles now. They are nothing special. Look at any stunt vid made after 2000 and they probably have circles in them. Look for thread with my vid, it's got me doin circles in it.

Circle wheelies are almost the equivalent of basic math now in the stunt game. You gotta be able to at least do circles for anyone to even somewhat pay attention to you. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/wtf.gif

Circle wheelies look GAY! Before you guys attack me let me explain. I guess it depends on who's doing them but I saw a guy doing circles with one foot on the rear wheelie-bar and the other foot on the seat. It looked like he was doing some sort of motorcycle ballerina. Circles can be cool but you gotta have some style. More often than not I see some really gay looking circles. Pay attention to your style guys.
