WELL...i never thought it would come down to this but i guess it has become necessary.
i bought a srad frame from jeff glass (houseofgio)
it was to come with certificate of destruction papers. when the frame arrived, no papers were included! i emailed him and he said he was sending them. THEY NEVER ARRIVED!
another email, another excuse!(" i forgot,it's on the way",etc...etc...)
after 8 weeks, still no paperwork and no acknowledgement of my emails.
i though hew was an honest guy,guess i was wrong!
SO... use caution as you may not get what you paid for!

jeff got me the paperwork although 8 weeks late!
seems he had a computer meltdown and was unable to reach me. yes..i believe him!
so...just wanted to clear the air and let all those who have or will deal with jeff glass know
that he DID deliver on his obligation!
