I have placed several orders for items with normal results, but last week one of the parts they sent out was the wrong $15 item. I called them and explained the part name was partially correct, but the part was nothing like what I ordered.
"Wait a moment . . . . O.K. the correct part will go out tonight."
What do I do with this wrong part?
"Keep it or give it to someone, it's yours."
The correct part was waiting for me when I got home that night, no shipping, no return, nothing. I was willing to accept 50% of the responsibility for the error, but I paid nothing. Cool!
