let me first say that i apologize if this is posted in bad taste (or in the wrong forum), but i'm hoping to keep anyone else from getting ripped off by the following person.

a few months ago, i sold a engine case cover (left) for a 2002 gsxr750 to MARTIN JAZZ (email: IspyAlwayz@aol.com). he asked if i could send it asap as he really needed the part. i understand the risks, but i (as i usually do) tried to help him out by sending him the part (of course, paying shipping as well) while waiting on payment. guess what?

the part made it to him, but i never received any payment. after countless e-mails over a few weeks, i finally received an e-mail from him. he apologized and said that he had been arrested for speeding and was unable to reached for a few days. he promised to send payment immediately. that was in may.

since then, i have sent countless e-mails, etc. to him with no response.

i know i shouldn't have done it, but if you check with several others on gixxer.com who have dealt with me, i think they'll tell you that i will go out of my way for anyone.

unfortunately, this will now change due to idiots like this guy. definitely a good lesson learned for (relatively) a cheap price.

in addition, i will also seek other methods of getting my money.

Shit he met us halfway and it was like 200 miles, he threw in an extra set of track bodywork and the stock bodywork, extra rims, he gave my friend more stuff than I can remember!!!!!!! If you do read this post the bike is fine and has done 6 track days since my friend bought it. The only thing to go wrong was we rebuilt the water punp this weekend, it started leaking at Pocono east.
