is any of this stuff performance proven? like dyno charts and what not?
not just devil but everything, ex. headers and whatnot, cause i cant seem to find any performance proven stuff, given i havent looked to hard but i'd like to see some dyno charts and some figures before i buy my shit. graemlins/bounce.gif
Well, being one with Devil pipes (bought from the UK but same stuff) I can tell you they are good pipes as well. Being performance proven - well, putting on less restrictive pipes will give you more power. Hence the point of race systems and what not, this has been proven many times over and isn't really a debated topic anymore. I don't know what the exact gains were after my pipe install since I didn't dyno it again until after the jet and air filter, but seat of the pants I'd say at least a few HP.
I have seen dyno charts all over the place on the net showing gains of several HP when using full race kits (headers and cans), you must not be looking in the right places...
Wll i havent had any dyno runs done on this bike but i can say that ive run the same guy that i ve done multiple roll ons with and today we did a couple of comparo test again . He has a zx 12 with some re gearing and a couple of mods and evey time we ran with the yosh slip exaust he always pulled me pretty good like 1 bike legnth or so, But today we ran just about even my front to his rear tire all the way to the top of 5th gear .
So i would say that the devil pipe is a little more flowing on the top end of the rpms All in all m very happy with it and would recccomend it if your interested in buying one BTW the yosh is for sale in the for sale forum
Also didnt really feel iny holes in the rpm range through out Id bet it would be much better with a remap or power commander images/icons/grin.gif
