You need to have it hosted on the web somewhere. I am not sure what sites are offering free hosting but just search for one in a search engine.
When you get it uploaded to a site right click the picture in your browser and cut and paste the URL.
Then goto your profile and your signature area and put in:
{img}http://www.picturehost/pict.jpg{/img}
Replace }{ with ][ though
images/icons/smile.gif
