OK, I go into a forum and click on a post. I hit the browsers back button and the posts listed are from a few days ago. I don't see anything in my profile that will let me enable/disable cookies. I tried deleting all cookies sent by the forum and that didn't help. It's a pain with my 56K to keep hitting refresh.

go to "my profile" near the top (ish)
in here is a "delete all cookies left by this forum"

your browser is probably caching the pages.. instead of hitting the BACk button.. just click on the link for FORUM HOME, or for the name of the forum you want to go back to . images/icons/wink.gif
