In my PM box, just about every PM i have ever sent seems to be sitting there, marked "unread by recipient" . why is this. Doesnt everyone get email notification?

not eveyrone. and some people that do get email notification, just read the email and don't bother to read the actual PM on the site because the email contains the exact same text.
