I have them all as JPG's but they are 640, 480 and too big. what size should I make them and get them up I have tons like 20 I'd say of my bike, gear, car, adn most importantly ME!!!! any help would be great guys, thanks.

Are you trying to use the upload feature? If so, its not the actual size of the picture, but the size of the file, that counts.

Try opening the files in a graphical editor, like Microsoft Photo editor, and do a save as. Then click advanced (may be different with other programs) and decrease the quality of the picture. When you save it, the file size will be smaller.
Or you can use the same program to resize the file, which will accomplish the same thing.
