I did a search through the 'for sale' forum with keywords 'stock exhaust' to see how much I could sell my exhaust for if I upgrade to a better system. Basically it looks like $150-$200 is about tops. But my reason for posting here is that when I searched on those keywords and scrolled down to the topic entry 'Stock GSXR1000 Exhaust' it actually took me to a totally different message. Perhaps that forum needs to be rebuilt or reindexed, or maybe its just hosed for good, I dunno.

It would be cool though if there was a way to have a forum to 'trade-up' parts. The for sale forum essentially fits the bill but something kind of a cross between ebay motors and a location based search would be cool, so that I wouldn't have to ship my exhaust anywhere but instead someone in the area would pick it up or I could take the bike to a mutual 'workshop' club like events that would be scattered around the country to do the maintenance right there, in a kind of gixxer friendly environment.
