yeah both of us escaped the carnage. the whole Southern NH got hit pretty hard several spots got around 11 inches of rain in only a short time.

Nashua didnt get hit as bad but we did get some flooding up to 2 ft deep in spots. the Merrimack River also crested over the banks too.

lots of houses are off their foundations too as well as what you see in that pic with the roads getting turned up.

That's about 1 1/2 hours north west of most of us. It was a really sad weekend for those poor families. It puts your life in perspective when you’re sitting home wishing you could ride the great roads out there through quaint little towns then come to find out they’ve been destroyed. Suddenly my useless little attitude about not being able to ride in the rain seems pretty pathetic compared to what they’re going through. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

ohh and that pic that trench carved by the water is MILES long

its amazing how fast moving water can destroy something as heavy and solid as a road.
