Looking to get a good car alarm / starter here soon. All the bells and whistles are cool, but as long as it detects break-in / tampers and starts with a touch of a button im all for it...

Thanks in advance!!

I have a Python made by DEI. It's got a two-way pager and all the bells and whistles. 299.00 installed at circuit city. No remote start though b/c I have a manual tranny. I think the remote start one is a few bucks more.

compustar aka SCOSCHE I believe.....just had one put in my car last weekend..

pager alarm , shock , voltage ,powerdoor locks , remote start...a buddy paging system..so if they see your car in a mall lot..they can knock on the windshield and it will page me like a standard pager....2 mile radious on mine...realisticly probably 1 mile...lcd remote that shows if doors are open car is running and more....

get the viper 5000
also you should get a back up battery system (about $40.00)
and get a few mini piezo alarms (about $15.00 each)

to be honest with you, with no remote start, this is an easy car to install, probablly no more than 2 hours work http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
