Thats what we had to do when some lady backed into my wifes car. They were in a parking lot and the lady thought it would be fun to drive up the side of her car. Tried dealing with her company and ended up just filing a claim with ours.

im still hurting pretty good, my main problems are with my left hand/wrist and my right knee, the hip and back injury is still present but not as bad as when it happened. also still dealing with a persistant blood clot a couple inches above my right ankle.

I only have maybe 22% movement in my left hand and wrist plus alot of numbness, they suspect its from nerve damage but arent ruling out ligement damage as well only an MRI will tell for sure which they'll probably do on the 13th of this month.
the knee for sure has cartilage tears and a possible PCL tear. once again dont know until they do an MRI there as well.

right now im just going thru Physical therapy to stregthen the muscles in the event surgery is necessary http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Bummer....well hang tight with the therapy and enjoy the meds.
