im starting to do stand ups and i weigh 220lbs. i've heard of many incidents where the stock pegs breaks. i was wondering if there was a good strong rearset out there to get. thanks

A friend which weight about 250-260 have made plenty and never happend.
that on his old 600rr and now his gsxr600 K4

Ive got a 96 750 and weigh 230 and have had no problems and i spend most of my time on the left passenger peg but i've snapped 3 left passenger pegs now from learning circles.If your planning on stunting it hard and the bikes gonna go down especially on the left side with or without a cage make your own peg or it will break.As far as just standing on it for good old standups it'll last forever!

I know a couple people who have broken peg bolts but not actual pegs. Alot of stunters get stronger bolts.

I both of my pegs are in half and from what i hear thats a good thing, cause if you think about it... the longer the peg is the more stress it puts on the bolts.

But im more worried about the rear pegs
