I am thinking of getting a new bike next year for taking the missus out on and where I don't have my arse sticking in the air, might even save my license !

I have looked at Busas and can't decide as the ZX12 looks nicer in my opinion.

However, I have seen a few real nice examples but on the standard one things like the pipes look crap.

What do you reckon.

I have a 12. I bought it for two reasons:

1) I too am of the opinion that it looks worlds better than the hayabusa

2) The 12 motor responds more favorably to bolt-ons..the usual suspects; PC, full exhaust, less restrictive air filter.

I suppose you could toss a good aftermarket two-up seat on either the hayabusa or the 12r, and have a much more amicable bike for a pillion rider.

I know that this may sound crazy, but I see the ZZ-R1200 is available in the UK. Butt ugly, but a very capable bike.

i like the busa's but for me i'd go for the zx12 its a monster and just been redesigned
i see a lot more busas on the a55 than zx12's

ultimately you cant go wrong with either both are top bikes....wish i had the choice
arent a&d in denbigh both suzuki and kawasaki dealers? trouble is they want you to be on the verge of buying before they'll let you test ride

This is a good point you guys brought up...I have a zx9r, at the present time, and I was thinking of getting a busa. Now that you mentioned it I havent really thought about the zx12... images/icons/confused.gif Now i have to do a little research....
