I recently got my power commander professionally installed and bike dynoed. Before I brought it to the shop the gas light did not come on until 98 miles, Last Tuesday I took the bike out rode pretty hard and the gas light came on at 65miles. Today, Monday I rode to work not any hard riding and the light came on at 25miles. I'm talking about the first light in case anyone is wondering. I have a 2001 gixxer 750. Is it just running too rich? and how do I adjust it, or should I just take it back to the place that got it tuned from?

its not the power commander.. it would not run using 4gallons over 25 miles, thats a little over 5 miles per gallon... might me your fuel sensor, and make sure you fill it up...

Don't forget to check for gas leaks

Make sure there is no fuel leaks. You have to lift the gas tank up to get to the fuel injector wiring harness.

make sure your grounds are councted good, mine started to come loose and stuff would randomly flash on and off .
