I would be riding my '89 7/11.1371cc,190rwhp,handles decent,looks brand new,turns heads,and has never been passed by another bike(until the 'Bus came out!)I would like to buy the 1000 in the fall.Just picked up my next project bike:'97GSXR 750(crashed) so when that gets finished,maybe the 1000 will find a home in my garage.

I'd go with a tiller or a gix 750. Love the v-twin and I think the 750 is more than enough bike for me graemlins/bounce.gif

A buddy of mine has one and it is dog slow everywhere but the corners. For that matter a 600 would be just as good for the corners and a lot cheaper to fix if you are doing enough corners to justify getting a strictly corner bike which will go down with time if you are utilizing the capabilities of the bike.

Hmmm... that's a tough call. I could just say my 929, but if I had to pick one of my bikes to get rid of, it would be the 929. It's fun and all, but not as much fun as the Busa.

I could say a ZX12, as it's the next best thing to a Busa, but I've never been too keen on those. Haven't really checked out the 02 yet, it's sposed to be better than the 1st gen.

I could also say a GSXR1000, as it would provide almost the same rush, and better handling. And I could get rid of my 929 as the 1K would do everything it does and then some. But then I wouldn't have anything remotely comfy for sport touring.

once you see a zx12 up close you will run to the toilet. they are really badly put together. the fit and finish is horrable. if there was no busa..... a fatboy!lol, ya right. probly a gixxer1k. or a ducati.
