Do you mean nitrous manifolds for the intake ports?

We make them, but they only work on models that have bolt on carb or injector boots. 1000s, busa's, ect don't, so they can't use them.

Most guys drill and tap the bottom of the intake ports with the tap that comes in the NOS kit.

Why not go for a dry kit? It's far simpler to install and the gains are respectable...

dry systems are alot harder to tune, trust me i know i blew up two engines trying to tune it!!! http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/nono.gif

the best way to help tune dry nitrous is to use a single nozzle in each port, equal displacement then just add fuel

I know very little about NOS but I have a question for you guys..
If you have a 1000 and have your secoundary butterflies removed, can you install your jets for the wet system in the throttle bodies above the primary butterflies? there is room to do it.. The reason I ask is because I heard that putting them in the ports hurts your motors HP alittle. Because you have the big jet sitting in the middle of your air and fuel mix. I'm talking about motor HP only without useing the nos. Rayne said he has seen zx12s lose up to 10hp after installing the jets..So I was thinking if you installed them above the air/fuel mix, then your only messing with the incoming air and not the air/fuel mix. I'm thinking this wouldn't hurt your motors peek HP as much..
What do you guys think??? Do the jets have to be in the ports or can you but them in the throttle bodies? Remeber I'm talking about a WET Nitrous System here.

i think that would be fine, as long as you have the room for the nozzle.. remember that a wet nozzle is much bigger than a dry nozzle.. The point with direct inject is that your fuel wont puddle in your airbox and run the risk of blowing up.. its always better to run directly into the the port, more evenly dispersed... just make sure the nozzle is directed down and slightly turned to one side.. dont want to direct it to the center of the butterflys..

The A&J controller makes the tuning so much easier. I've been running that setup with a #34 jet (now a #38) all year. I also go through at least two 2lb bottles per week and have had no problems at all.
