Just purchased a 00 750, My buddy has a Power commander that will fit my bike PC II, I am wondering how much and where will I gain performance and HP?
I read that the bike at peak performance boast about 138 bhp Stock is that correct???

138...WOW! No, that's what you'll have if you do ALOT of work or use a dyno reading STD. Actual HP is rated in SAE, but it really doesn't matter as long as you don't do a base run in SAE then a final in STD. If you do that then putting a drop of pussy juice in the tank will gain you about 8 hp. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/spit.gif You will only gain a little if you ONLY do the power commander. You have to let more air in the motor, and more air out as well when turning up the fuel. If you have an exaust and a filter you can expect a few hp's, but nothing phanominal. You WILL be able to tell the differance though. Do a search for 750 mods and you'll get some good info.
