: Best friend and wife killed last night Aircrftr 08-14-2005, 02:08 AM Just got home from work this morning and found out that last night my best friend that I grew up with and his wife were coming home from Branson MO. on his cycle and some kids in a car lost control and hit them. They have two teenage kids. That's all the details I have right now. Don't even know what kind of cycyle it was. Probably will be the worst funeral I have ever been to. Turns out that my friend and his wife were on his cycle and His son and daughter were on another cycle. They were all down at Branson to see a car show that started at midnight there. They were on their way back and while still on the strip the kids got seporated by a couple of cars and my friend and wife were caught by a stop light. The son and daughter pulled into a wall mart parking lot just down from the stop light and Rick/Cindy were first in line at the stop light.. Some kid was going the opposite direction and when the light turned green he decided to do a burnout. He lost control and hit them sidways. I don't know yet but I'm pretty sure it broke both their necks. Mom said they died instantly. The kids saw the whole thing happen before their eyes.
