O.K. so some buddies and I went to the ¼ mile track over the weekend and give it a shot. It was my first time at one so I pretty much looked like a huge squid! http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/squid.gif A friend of mine that has a 04 gixxer 750 was running 10.5s http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif at the track not a whole lot of x-tras on the bike. One tooth down in the front, bolt on tsukigi pipe, and the bike is slammed. I was amazed at the time he was running! He definitely knows how to launch a bike. Reaction time was .51 or some bullshit like that. A 10.8 was my best time on my 03 gixxer 1000. Didn’t think it was too bad for being my first time anyway was wondering what was some of your best times?

For your first time, you did good..And that 750 sounds like he has it down..

My first time I nailed down 11.3 with a 1.8 60 foot time. I think my reaction time was around .18 ... bone stock bike other then a bolt on and my blue windscreen http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

10.8 is awesome for your first time and your buddy on the 750 ... that's insane!!

i turned a 10.51 on a old stock relic..
it's all about the 60' time..
