: bent rim johnnyrocket 08-08-2005, 12:21 PM 2001 gix 1k My rear rim has a slight dinger in it. I dont know if I hit a pot hole or what happened. My question is does anyone know where I can get this think straightend or do I have to buy another wheel. also the wheel is chromed. the dinger is leaking just enough that I need to fill up the tire just about every time I take it out. only a pound or two. thanks slammed1000 08-08-2005, 12:56 PM i would send it to mc wheel. i dont know if your chrome will hold up on the wheel once they straighten it though. it may have to be replated.....you may try classic components. they have a repair facility and also chrome plate.....mc wheel normally is around $80-100 to straighten...
