sorry guys but has anyone have problems with them i order rod bearings and a few other thing from them and i really need my rod bearings to get my 2002 gsxr1000 motor togehter well i got my order saturday and one of the damn rod bearings was missing i ordered 4 of them and it was right on the shipping slip and it wasnt in the box so i`m pissed plus on top of that they are closed on mondays http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/mad.gifso anyone have a black code rod bearing? i need really bad or another place where i can get one really quick? sorry guysi had to vent i had problems with them getting my orders right on my tl1000r to

Sorry you are dissapointed with the service. There must have been a mistake in shipping. PM me your order info ( First, Last name, and invoice date), and I can get you out 2 halves of a rod bearing out to you asap.

In Your specific case, the web order that we processed for you had exactly 3 black rod bearing halves, and 1 yellow rod bearing half. Bearings are sold in halves, not complete bearings.

Our customer service rep took into consideration that bearings are tricky to order online, refunded the full shipping amount, the price of the bearing, and got you the bearing you were missing on the way.
