: bike not takeing off from the line wright help ?????????? rainmaker96 07-12-2005, 01:54 PM when ever i take off the line i can only take off about 3.500 rpm if i go past 4,000rpm it jerks real bad and want go no wear.It seems to me that it has to catch in gear at a low rpm so it will go but somethngs not wright i have a 04 gsxr 1000 does anybody no anything????????????? http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif B-dawg 07-12-2005, 02:36 PM is it jerking hard or bogging. could be tip over switch. if u are leaving hard u might have to silicon it up. u running stock clutch and springs? rainmaker96 07-14-2005, 02:28 PM i called the suzuki shop and they told me there was no tip over switch on my bike???????? it jerks like its not going in gear in high rpm like its a safety reasson or something i dont know whats wrong help????????? nosty750 07-15-2005, 06:50 AM does it feel or sound like the chain is jumping, or something to that extent. my 750 did just that and all i did was change the clutch. good luck.
