These are great! very reasonably priced at $139 (AUD) with all the protection you need for general riding. they are made of an awesomely soft and comfortable leather. kevlar stitched and all that jazz. vents on the fingers.
In terms of protection they dont really compare or FEEL as safe as the Alpinestars GP plus gloves (that crash really well!) but you are paying $120 less....i dont know what availibility is like over seas but if you are on a budget these are great!

Being locally made, it's significantly cheaper than the Imported Italian Leathers. And supporting local products is the way to go images/icons/grin.gif

I bought a pair of the Collins "R" series gloves in July last year and they have held up really well and are very comfortable.
Also looked at the Collins leathers but wasn't that rapt in the leather that they used.. it was really stiff and waxy. Just my opinion
really?....
i tried on a collins jacket and besides being a bit bulky and heavy it felt really good, but perhaps thas cos the jacket i have now is really cheap?....
