To perforate or not to perforate that's the question. I'm searching for another 2 piece suit. My current AGV Falcon Suit is not perforated, it gets a little warm in the summer, but I normally just open the top zipper a few inches, not bad for $300 including boots 2 years ago.
I've never worn perforated leathers, so I'm looking for a little help on how much they actually help over non-perforated suits.

The suits I'm considering are:
the Fieldsheer's 2 pc Blaster Suit, awesome colors and good armor, only problem it it's not perforated.

The Fieldsheer's 2 pc Splinter suit, ok colors, good armor, perforated at front and sleeves

The AGV Torino 2pc suit, decent colors and armor, only zippered air vents

Teknic Chicane 2 pc suit, decent colors and armor, perforated in chest and legs

Teknic Lightning 2 pc suit, ok colors, decent armor, no perforated, just vent zippers.

I've got friends with an older Fieldsheer and he says they are decent, a friend with Teknic Chicane and he's happy with them. Thankfully no one has gone down to test the armor.

Does anyone perforate non-perforated leathers? I'm not sure if punching pin size holes in a leather suit will reduce it's strength. I really like the Blaster suit.

Check out the new KOBE. Very cool colors, it's got the speed hump,1.7 mm cowhide, it's perforated, it's $569!!!.Check this one out before you buy. I think it's WAY better than any of the suits you mentioned!! As fast as you ride you need one-piece my friend!! You sick bastard!!

If you are being serious post a link. If you aren't go to the squid forum.... I don't see anything in Kobe gear worth mentioning from what I have seen.

www.1888fastlap.com (http://www.1888fastlap.com) carries Kobe. They are getting very good reviews with the WERA crowd (as in crash tested, not just giving them a good look over), both because of their quality and the fact that they pay contingency. If they fit you they're probably the best leathers for the money from what I hear. I personally haven't seen them close up though.

Thanks Tony Tiger (Stupid 750), but I don't think I can handle the one-piece. Too restrictive for me. Did you bring back your AGV and get the Kobe? That's the suit that Brian got and it looks great, but one piece, ouch.

What do you guys think of the Dainese Tribal or the Dainese Defender 2 pieces?

I am about 50/50 on them since they discontinued the Kyalami before it made it to the US.
