I have a 2000 GSXR 600 and was wondering if a 99 750 is the same on the exterior and will bolt right in like I have heard. Also, another question, has anyone fitted a Injection say, off of a 2001 or later 600 to a carburated 2000? I feel you would need the CCU and harness, but has anyone done it? Thanks and I'm new to the fourm but it's a great site! I have a 2000 GSXR 600 and love it! http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/banana.gif

Have a look in the '96-'99 (SRAD forum), there's a "sticky" thread at the top about engine swaps. The '99 750 would fit, but you'd need the complete FI system, tank, gauges, sensors, etc. You can bolt a '96-'97 750 right in because it's carburated like the '00 600.

You could put FI on your engine but it's really not worth the hassle or cost because you'd need all those parts mentioned above with only slight gains...
