Yes it should be a -4 an

-4AN is common for any of the smaller bottles (up to 2.5lb). the AN sizing is based on 1/16's of an inch... so -4AN is equivilent to a 1/4" flare. the -6AN is 3/8" flare and so on. The "sneaky pete" valves actually are threaded 1/8" NPTF so technically-speaking, you could fit any size adapter you want. The 1/8" NPT to 1/4" flare (or -4AN) is most common for the 10oz bottles though.
