Has anyone had the misfortune of crashing in a set of KOBE leathers?? How did they hold up??

Seriously, these leathers are massive. They are much heavier duty than anything I have ever owned. I bailed on them, broke my hand, messed up my helmet, not even a mark on my leathers.

Moral of the story is they are butt ugly, but they are the most durable leathers I have seen for anywhere near that price.
