OK k5 600 Opinion time..... a guy I saw @ a stop light had the lips of his stock rims chromed or polished or something and the inside still black anyone know how-to or where I can get this done??? (sorry for the run-on)

1. Aircraft stripper from auto store, tape, steel wool, and metal polish. Tape off everything but lips of rim, apply stripper to lips, wait. Scrape off paint, use steel wool to remove any spots of paint. Clean thoroughly and apply a metal polish like Mothers.

2. Pay someone to do polish the rim and clear coat it. It will look somewhat like chrome, and you will never have to do anything but wipe it clean when it gets dirty.
