Hi guys

I'm planning to buy the Joe Rocket Speedway jacket and I would like to know if any of you have tried it before. What is the main difference between the Speedway and the Speedmaster coats besides the removable plastic armor?
Note that I'm not planning to race with my bike.

I have a speedmaster and its a very nice jacket for the money. Its not the best, but it offers excellent protection and is of good quality in that price range. I don't know anything about the speedway jacket. sorry...

To my knowledge, I think the Speedway does not have the back padding, shoulder vents, and front flap thingy that covers the zipper when it's zipped up.

I went for the Speedmaster, 'cause it wasn't much more than the Speedway at my local dealer.

In my area, the difference between the Speedway and the Speedmaster is $CAN 50. I guess I should go with the Speedmaster then..I just prefer the look of the Speedway though...In the same quality/price range, what else should I consider (brands/models)? I already have a textile jacket but I'm looking for a leather one...

I think the Speedway looks way better than the Speed Master myself. It does have the body armor too. This is the one that I will get when I get my next jacket. partsman129 can get JR stuff for a good price too.
