I just got the Violator 1 PC. with the violator pro nonstudded gloves. Word of advice: there sizes run 1 size smaller....I was a 46 according to the Teknic charts......I had to send it back and get a 48. Gloves were fine though. I got my suit for 600 bucks. Thats the 2002 lineup too.

Tis so... cheap nylon thread not the kevlar some suits use...i think its just the way the seams are designed.... you could always get it repaired, but some guys have higher speed get offs with no damage to seams.. maybe it was just the type/angle of the impact from the crash... but thats not something you can control.. so as for me, i willnever buy a teknic jacket again..

I had a get off at 60 with my Teknic and it held up perfectly. Didn't feel a thing. I still use it and am considering that same 1pc.
