Signet shell is more oval front to back.. the quantum is rounder...

Get which ever one fits YOU best..that's the most important thing.. images/icons/grin.gif

Does anyone like one of the shapes better? can you tell a diffrence in the way they fit? do you like one better then the other?

I've got a Kenny Roberts jr Replica Signet as well as a John Kocinski Replica Quantum and I prefer the fit of the Signet over the quantum! I dislike the cheek padding in the Quantum most of all just because it makes me feel like a chipmonk!! ha ha ha......... I think they make different thickness cheek pads but as this sit now I prefer the Signet.

I'll give you the lowdown. I have a very odd shaped head sorta like a peaked house - oval maybe?
Anyway, I own both a signet (large) and a quantum (medium) and the quantum is the ONLY medium I can fit into and it it awesome!!!!! I love that helmet more than any other helmet. It fits me so comfortably. No movement, just perfect fit. The signet is great too, a 10, but the Quantum is tits!!!!!

I was told that the Signet is for longer shaped heads and the Quantum is for more small/round heads. I have a long head and wear the Signet. It fits me better than the Quantum, but as someone else said, go to a shop and try on both... that's the only real way to determine which is better for you. helmet is a big purchase and you don't want to buy one without trying one on and comparing it against others.
