when riding my upper back tends to get sore and tight.. anyone know what i could get to help?

Depends..how long have you been riding..?

Most newer riders tend experience some wrist, shoulder, or back pain..it will go away after a few months of steady riding, as yur muscles become accustom to the ass up, head down position.
