Does anyone have any feedback on KBC's new VR-1 helmet? I haven't been able to find a dealership locally that carries them to try on. How does it compare to the Arai or AGV, etc?

TIA

Looks like you're gonna have to do the comparison and post the results when you find one.

Sport Rider did a huge comparo in the summer. They gave the VR1 a pretty good rating if I remember correctly. See if you can find that mag, the compared 50+ helmets.

Actually I've read the Sport Rider review as well as Helmet Harbor's review. I'm trying to find someone that actually is wearing one or has tried them on since I can't seem to find anyone in Atlanta selling them yet. I just don't want to buy a helmet online and not like the fitment, but it looks like that's what I'm going to have to do.

Thanks,

Chris, Capital Cycle in Macon sells them. I know its out of the way but if your heading south for anything you could try to swing by and try them on. Also, try calling a Harley Dealership, I think I saw on in Clayton County Harley when I bought my boss' Christmas present. Hope this helps.

Cook, I actually bought my last bike, F3, from Capital Cycle. I'll keep my eyes open for something a little closer, but will call them and get a price.
