I read somwhere that the alarm is just plug n use meaning that there is no cutting or splicing of wires, is this true? Does anyone have a manual for this alarm ip500? I would like to see the instrucktons for this alarm, also I saw there is a wiring harness for diffrent bikes to accomplish this.
Has anyone installled this and if so can anyone do it. I have verry little experience with this type of stuff and would hate to blow something or short something out

If you buy the wiring harness for your bike, then there is no splicing or cutting required. Very easy to install.

Haven't gotten mine yet but my buddy got one for his '04 750 and asked me to help him install. he bought the wiring harness also...didn't need me at all. was done in 20 mins. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
