Here goes;
Ya know the inserts on the subframe that the back of the seat bolts screw into(98 750)?
Well, one's stripped and spinning when I try to take the seat off. I can get the seat off, so the insert can hopefully be repaired. Any ideas??

actually, there are these quick release pins made by http://www.sargentcycle.com/

you basically have to drill out the threads anyways plus its a lot easier to remove the seat

or you can helicoil it to retain the bolts like they are, but if it is stripped hell you might as well get a nice upgrade gadget! images/icons/grin.gif
