I had to get my rear tire replaced so I took it off. I did it over a week ago and now I forgot how it goes back together (yeah yeah I know)

Anyway, my problem is the 2 parts with the "????????" on them. They might not be in the right order in the pic since I took it off to try and figure it out.

damn it, I tried 3 times to get the pic attached. I used the 'image' under 'Instant UBB Code', I also tried to copy and paste what was in the white box when I uploaded the pic:

Powerpoint works much better to make edits like that.
